They announced the casting for Finnick and I don’t think I even know who the actor is. Hmm. I approve of casting ~unknown/lesser known actors. I just hope that he’s a good choice.

I am on overload right now. I get Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Olivia Munn, Jennifer Lawrence, Rosario Dawson, and then a commerical with Lea Michele. And I know Lea is at the GG’s somewhere!

I’m going to pass out from the excitement. I am legit screaming at the televisions while clutching my face.

And I maybe drank a bottle of red wine.

There’s so much JLaw on my dash right now. The world is a beautiful place and nothing hurts.

Rewatching The Hunger Games and I think of one my favorite little things is the stark contrast in coloration between the districts and the Capitol. Like, during the Reaping, it almost seems like it was filmed in black & white, color is so sparse, aside from Effie, of course. Or even that the bits of color on Effie were shopped or intentionally left in. It’s really just beautiful, actually.

Basically, I just love this movie and I am so excited that I finally have it on DVD.
